Michael is a Product Marketing Manager with more than 20 years’ experience working with system and network management tools and is currently focused on AIOps, cloud, system and network monitoring. He is an author, conference speaker, and regular contributor to industry publications. Michael holds a degree in computer science. He is a long-time volunteer at the Seal Beach Animal Care Center.
