Kate is the Chief CyberSecurity Architect for CyberRes, a Micro Focus line of business. She has been in technology for over two decades with her primary focus being cybersecurity. The majority of her career had been at IBM, where she sat on the Security Board of Advisors, helping Fortune 50 customers. She earned her Masters of Science in Information Security from Nova Southeastern University, with a curriculum developed by the National Security Agency and the Department of Defense, dealing specifically with reducing vulnerabilities in the national information infrastructure. Her thesis covered securing the electrical grid for North America.
