Kaimar is an IT Service Management enthusiast having a firm belief in the DevOps philosophy. In his current role he works with Business Leaders, CIOs, and Technology Directors on prioritisation and decision-making in complex environments, improving quality and end-to-end Customer Experience (CX) in Product and Service Management, building and nurturing capabilities for sustainable Continuous Improvement and aligning Portfolio, Program, and Project Management functions with business priorities. He was previously head of ITSM at AXELOS.
