Alan Nance is Managing Partner at CitrusCollab, where he specializes in accelerating the digital transformation of large enterprises. His was one of the original teams creating, promoting and delivering ITIL ("version 1"). Since then, he has led successful international business transformations at ING Bank and Royal Philips. In 2012, Alan began working with Marco Gianotten on an early implementation of eXperience Level Agreements (XLAs). Since then, Alan has worked to further develop this approach, so that the IT and Digital departments deliver technology-based business outcomes that are valuable and appreciated by their consumers. He is currently advising an international airport on its data, digital, and innovation strategy.
