Robert is a CSO, strategist, and red teamer who is passionate about closing the skills gap in cybersecurity by night. He believes that as an industry we are fundamentally working against ourselves by not investing in soft skills and looking outside of our industry for creative problem solvers. This becomes especially true at the leadership levels. As founder of Hack Your Cyber Career, his mission is to address that problem. He also really enjoys working at the intersection of the public sector, technology, national security, and cybersecurity.
