Max Saperstone is Director of Test and Automation at Coveros, where he focuses on  test automation within the CI/CD process. He specializes in open source tools, including the Selenium Tool Suite, JMeter, AutoIT, Cucumber, and Chef.  In his current role he typically acts as a test architect, identifying gaps in quality analysis, and leveraging tools, processes, and frameworks to expand testing coverage. He leads the development of an Selenified open source testing framework, and supports the Cucumber community by building software that makes behavior-driven design test steps buildable, accessible, and searchable across an entire testing team. He spends most of his time engaged in DevOps activities, working to integrate automated testing into open sourced pipelines to provide automated quality gates, and to ensure that clients can make proper business decisions about releases based on the quality information collected.
