With more than 30 years of experience, Louise Ng has spent her career working in large data centers and IT operations teams, including the management of transformations with organizations looking to save money, get  smarter, and become more effective in supporting their consumers.  In her recent roles as CTO for Cloud Hybrid Delivery in HPE's WW Strategy & Solutions organization, and now as Chief Architect for services, she is working to address  a new generation of IT regarding the changes in the operating model utilizing the Open Group Value Chain framework. This includes embracing the “as a service” concepts to support the business’s use of IT to reach greater agility.
