Author, speaker, consultant and instructor, Ken Wendle has been a significant figure in the field of service and support since the early 1990s. He was co-founder of itSMF USA in 2001, and has been a regular speaker at the conference. The recipient of the HDI Ron Muns Lifetime Achievement Award and the itSMF USA Lifetime Achievement Award, Ken recently  authored the book “The V*A*L*U*E Formula.” He has also authored many white papers and industry articles and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
