Jeff Davis has over 27 years’ experience in IT service management, project and program management, and risk and quality assurance management. As IT Service Management Process Owner at the University of Kansas Health System he helps design, develop, and implement ITIL policies, processes, and procedures, with a heavy emphasis on creating documentation, training manuals, and user guides. Most recently, he focused on building the organization’s ITSM capability, through the documentation of core IT services and the development of a service management dashboard. Jeff holds a Master’s in Business Administration and several professional certifications, including including Pink Elephant’s Certified Integrated Service Management. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, volunteering at his church, and participating in triathlons. Jeff has completed more than a dozen Ironman races, and looks forward to competing in another in 2021.
