Corned Beef Hash Recipe with Horseradish Sauce
Corned Beef Hash Recipe with Horseradish Cream Sauce: A rustic meal that is ridiculously easy and is the perfect way to celebrate dad this Fatherโs Day weekend!
Fatherโs Day Breakfast Recipe
Today I have a Fatherโs Day breakfast recipe for you all. This is a Corned Beef Hash Recipe with Horseradish Cream Sauce. But first, letโs talk about menโฆ Men are such funny creatures.
I used to think they were the way they were, due to social conditioning. You knowโฆ Rough dadโs produced robust sons and mild-mannered dadโs produced meek sons.
Then my son was born swinging his fists and I had to rethink my notion.
As a toddler, long before he ever saw TV shows or movies with any violence, he would walk around the house with his finger pointed out yelling, โPshhh, pshhh!โ As if he randomly thought, โWouldnโt it be neat if something fast and dangerous shot straight out of my finger?โ
We didnโt own any play guns and he has no brothers. Itโs unexplainable but makes me smile to think of it.
Good Daddies
Iโm sure I will never understand the opposite-sex completely. Yet I stand in curious reverence of those that step into the daddy role wholeheartedly. They donโt parent as we girls doโฆ We sometimes have a hard time with that.
They Parent Like a Man:
- Tough yet tender.
- Aggressive yet peaceable.
- Rowdy yet respectful.
- Fearless yet watchful.
Setting high expectations yet offering endless encouragement. Letting the reigns out, as we terror-stricken mommies peek through hand-covered eyes.
I have a lot of admiration for good daddies. Iโm fortunate to be married to a very good daddy and know exactly how to make him smile Fatherโs Day morning.
Corned Beef Hash
Imagine two super cute, highly intelligent, bright-eyed children carrying a breakfast tray with hot crispy corned beef hash, drizzled with silky horseradish cream sauce, a side of fluffy eggs, buttery sourdough toast, fruit, and black coffee.
Of course, they hold the tray perfectly level and donโt drop a crumb. Then they sit blissfully holding hands and chattering sweetly to daddy.
Okโฆ We can at least get the breakfast right! Right? Letโs jump right into the recipe!

iโm a huge fan of horseradish, sauces and spicy foodโฆ so canโt wait to try this. I have done all the cooking for my wife and i since the beginning (stressful to her, not to me!) so this sounds delicious.
Having been happily married for quite a few years iโm very skilled at spotting verbal massaging! โโฆand I had to rethink my notionโ sounds like a fancy way to sayโฆ i was wrong!! Lol.
Look yummy.. Thank you for all the lovely recipes!
love this dish, it might even be dinner worthy with the corned beef! Approved for men and women, thank you!
As a man I love your story about good dads it brought a tear to my eye, I understand.
My main point is never use the horseradish on the shelf, its full of bad things for you. Only use the refrigerated horseradish its usually near the hot dogs or ask for it. That is if you donโt use the horseradish root.
amen, Bobโฆ i never use anything but the the refrigerated horseradish with clean ingredients. iโm actually amazed at how few people read the ingredients! โฆand as you can probably tell, i always do.
Yours looks great and I love the addition of the horseradish โ love you!
hearty and loaded with flavor!!
I love corned beef hash
Thanks Sommer! This looks amazing, Perfect breakfast!
