Delicious!! ย It was so good on our spinach salad we had tonight!
Fantastic dressing! Made exactly as listed. Used on a mixed greens salad and also on a lettuce/veggie salad, but it would be great on just about anything. I did find that it was best to dress the salad literally the moment of serving (I often dress the salad 15 minutes or so before eating) as apparently the high acid content will draw out liquid from any green or veggies and dilute the taste. Wonderful flavor!
Can you substitute anything for the heavy cream so it’s vegan?
Hi Debbie,
YOu can use our vegan cashew cream in this recipe. :)

Amazing! I subbed the heavy cream for the avocado as well, then blended it all together! Thank you so much!
Awesome. I substituted coconut nectar in place of honey. Instead of cream, I used two tablespoons of avocado. I didn’t have any pumpkin seeds on hand, so I use chopped pistachios and used pumpkin oil instead of olive oil. It came out really really great!
This was super easy to make. I did add 2 cloves of garlic instead of just 1, since I am a big fan of garlic. I really like the flavor and can hardly wait to use it on a salad. I am not partial to sweet dressings, so I think I might reduce the amount of honey.
Hi! I was wondering what I could use instead of heavy cream because I am vegan. Any suggestions?ย
purรฉed tofu, perhaps? I saw that online.
I use avocado in place of cream. You could also use cashews and add a tiny bit of water to them as your blending them.
great with raw beets!
What can I use instead of the heavy cream? ย
Cashews maybe?ย
