Erica Morrison is Director, Software Development at CSG International. Her teams provide software solutions to CSG’s 40+ DevOps teams. These range from continuous integration frameworks to load balancing to telemetry visualization platforms. Erica is passionate about agile and has experience leading DevOps teams where members own the end-to-end infrastructure and code. Erica also has software development experience in the defense and aerospace industries, where she worked on projects such as the replacement for the space shuttle. She lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her husband and two kids.
