What's the best way to break into DevOps as a career? Follow these leaders. As the DevOps movement continues to make headway into the enterprise, TechBeacon has updated our "DevOps 100" list of IT leaders who are driving those changes. This year we partnered with IT Revolution and the DevOps Enterprise Summit programming committee to identify the 100 practitioners to follow on Twitter.
We've added many new names, as well as many new accomplishments for DevOps experts who appeared in last year's listing. We've also broken up the list into a few new categories we think you'll find helpful no matter what your and DevOps role.
The biggest category, authors, includes links to books that these experts have recently published or that continue to influence DevOps practices. Other categories include: cloud and containers, monitoring and reliability, agile and testing, open source, security, architecture, continuous integration/continuous delivery, and general DevOps.
Many on this list of 100 experts fall into multiple categories. We have plugged them into the the category where they're making the greatest contribution. Many of these seasoned experts are speaking at the annual DevOps Enterprise Summit —you can meet them there.
