Carmen DeArdo is Senior Value Stream Management Strategist at Tasktop Technologies. He is a regular speaker at global DevOps events, and is finalizing his latest book, "Standing On Shoulders: A Leader's Guide to Digital Transformation," to be released later this year. As DevOps leader and technology director at Nationwide Insurance, DeArdo was responsible for driving continuous delivery using DevOps, lean and agile practices. He was recognized by DevOps.com for the successful DevOps transformation at Nationwide. Previously he worked at Bell Labs, where he held three patents in software engineering.  DeArdo was also named one of the 25 must-follow enterprise DevOps leaders by TechBeacon.
